胃癌患者HER2及Akt表达与淋巴结转移的相关性分析

摘要

目的 探讨胃癌患者HER2及Akt表达与淋巴结转移的相关性. 方法 纳入2012年至2014年我院收治107例胃癌患者,通过免疫组化方法检测HER2与Akt,HER2采用修订后HereepTest评分标准进行结果判定,Akt采用阳性细胞半定量法进行结果判定. 结果 HER2阳性患者共21例,阳性率19. 6%;Akt阳性74例,阳性率69. 1%. HER2阳性表达患者与阴性表达患者相比TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移、淋巴结转移个数差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05 ). Akt阳性表达患者与阴性表达患者相比TNM分期、淋巴结转移个数、有无淋巴结转移差异有统计学意义( P<0. 05 ). HER2阳性表达与有无淋巴结转移(OR=4. 46,P=0. 04)及淋巴结转移个数(OR=7. 12,P=0. 02)相关,Akt阳性表达与淋巴结转移个数(OR=23. 05,P=0. 01)相关. HER2与Akt阳性表达具有一致性,列联系数C=0. 23. 结论 胃癌患者HER2及Akt的表达与淋巴结转移存在相关性,HER2与Akt过表达的胃癌患者呈现出肿瘤浸润性强、进展快,淋巴结转移早的趋势,且其浸润转移的能力可能更强.%Objective To investigate expression of HER2 and Akt in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis. Methods 107 cases of gastric cancer were included in 2012 to 2014 yearsin our hospital,of HER2 and Akt detected by immuno-histochemistry. HER2 was evaluated by adopted amendments HereepTest scoring criteria,Akt was determined using positive cells semi-quantitative method. Results A total 21 cases of HER2-positive patients,the positive rate was 19. 6%;Akt-positive 74 cases of the positive rate was 69. 1%. Compared HER2-positive patients with negative expression patients TNM stage,lymph node metastasis, lymph node metastasis number significantly(P<0. 05). The expression of Akt in positive expression patients compared with patients with negative expression had significantly different in TNM stage,lymph node metastasis,the number of lymph node metastasis( P<0. 05). The expression of HER2 related to lymph node metastasis(OR=4. 46,P=0. 04) and lymph node metastasis number(OR=7. 12,P=0. 02),and Akt expression associated with lymph node metastasis number(OR=23. 05,P=0. 01). Expression of HER2 was consistent with Akt (number of columns contact,C=0. 23). Conclusion The expression of HER2 in gastric cancer patients and Akt correlate with lymph node metastasis . In patients with gastric cancer ,overexpressing of Akt and HER2 show tumor-infiltrating strong,fast progress,early lymph node metastasis trend,and its invasion and metastasis ability may be stronger.
