改良Stoppa入路联合髂窝入路治疗髋臼双柱骨折疗效分析

摘要

Objective To investigate the summary of improved stoppa approach combine iliac fossa approach for the treat-ment of coxafossa dual column bone fracture. Methods Between March 2006 and December 2011,24 patients of coxafossa dual column bone fracture were treated with improved stoppa approach combine iliac fossa approach,were evaluated the bone fracture re-est and hip joint function. Results All patients were followed average 18 months(11-29 months),19 patients get anatomical re-position,4 patients get fine reposition,1 patient get joint outline reablement. The hip joint function:19 patients get excellent,4 pa-tients get good,1 patient get diference,the excellent and good rate was 95. 83%. Conclusion It is a modus operandi that im-proved stoppa approach combine iliac fossa approach for the treatment of coxafossa dual column bone fracture,can get sufficient acting out and tiny tissue damage.%目的：探讨改良Stoppa入路联合髂窝入路治疗髋臼双柱骨折的疗效。方法2006年3月至2011年12月,采用改良Stoppa入路联合髂窝入路治疗髋臼双柱骨折24例,评价骨折复位质量、髋关节功能等情况。结果本组24例患者均获得随访11~29个月,平均18个月；24例患者中19例解剖复位,4例复位良好,1例关节轮廓恢复；髋关节功能：19例优,4例良,1例差,优良率95.83%。结论改良Stoppa入路联合髂窝入路是治疗髋臼双柱骨折的一种有效方法,显露充分、组织损伤小。
