目的：观察氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变术后的应用疗效。方法将106例使用宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的患者随机分为两组，治疗组52例采用氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀术后1周开始外用，隔日上药1片，连续外用3周。对照组54例单纯宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变，对其疗效进行对比。结果术后随访3个月，治疗组合对照组的阴道排液量、脱痂出血时间、创面愈合时间、分泌物清洁度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变术后的应用，促进宫颈创面愈合，减少术后并发症的发生。%Objective Observation of chloroquine that a female ene vaginal tablet on the street in the cervical LEEP knife application effect of postoperative treatment of cervical lesions.
