Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined internal and external treatment of severe cervical erosion LEEP knife. Methods 80 cases of patients with severe cervical erosion were randomly divided into observation group and control group, respectively, using a combination of external and internal medicine LEEP knife and LEEP knife in the treatment of simple, compared the treatment effect. Results After 3 months of follow-up, the total effective rate of observation group(100%) was slightly higher than that of the control group (95%),the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The amount of vaginal bleeding after treatment in the observation group was less than that of the control group, the time of drainage and the healing time of the wound were shorter than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Combined with oral drugs for the treatment of LEEP knife cervical erosion, clinical curative effect is good, less postoperative bleeding, discharge time and wound healing was significantly shorter.%目的 观察LEEP刀联合外用内服药物治疗重度宫颈糜烂的疗效.方法 将80例重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组,分别采用LEEP刀联合外用内服药物治疗和单纯LEEP刀治疗,比较治疗效果.结果 随访3个月后,观察组总有效率(100.0%)稍高于对照组(95.0%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组治疗后阴道出血量少于对照组,排液时间和创面愈合时间也均短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 LEEP刀联合外用内服药物治疗重度宫颈糜烂,临床疗效好,术后出血量更少,排液时间和创面愈合明显缩短.
