长期使用孟鲁司特钠治疗支气管激发试验阴性的慢性咳嗽患者疗效及安全性分析

摘要

目的 使用孟鲁司特钠4~8周治疗61例支气管激发试验阴性的慢性咳嗽的患者,分析治疗的疗效及安全性.方法 选取慢性咳嗽的61例患者,行支气管激发试验均为阴性,使用孟鲁司特钠治疗4~8周,监测患者慢性咳嗽积分,同时对患者肝肾功及相关药物副作用进行追踪及分析.结果 孟鲁司特钠治疗4周后37例患者治疗症状好转,咳嗽评分明显降低;24例患者使用6周以上,治疗过程中有口干等不良反应,无严重不良事件.结论 对支气管激发试验阴性的慢性咳嗽患者,长期使用孟鲁司特钠治疗有一定的良好疗效,治疗安全性高.%Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 61 cases of chronic cough with negative bronchial provocation test treated by montelukast sodium for 4-8 weeks.Methods A total of 61 cases of patients with chronic cough were selected,of which the bronchial provocation test were all negative.The use of montelukast sodium in the treatment of 4-8 weeks,the chronic cough score of patients were monitored,while liver and kidney function of patients and side effects of related drugs were tracked and analyzed.Results After 4 weeks treatment with montelukast sodium,the symptoms of 37 cases of patients were improved and the cough score was significantly lower.24 patients were used for more than 6 weeks.There were dry mouth and other adverse reactions during the treatment.No serious adverse events occurred.Conclusion For patients with chronic cough and negative bronchial provocation test,the long-term use of montelukast sodium has a good effect and high safety of treatment.
