门诊药房患者满意度调查与分析

         

摘要

目的 通过调查分析患者对我院门诊药房服务的满意度并分析相关因素.方法 采用问卷调查的方法,采用便利抽样对220例患者进行问卷调查.结果 本次调查回收有效问卷220份,有效率93.62%.患者对我院门诊的服务效率、用药交代、用药咨询、服务态度、精神面貌和总体服务质量进行了评价,其中对用药交代最为满意,对服务效率满意度最低,但总体满意度仍较高.结论 患者对我院门诊药房满意度较好,但仍需要从多方面进行改进,不断深化优质服务,提高患者满意度.%Objective To analyze the patients' satisfaction with our hospital pharmacy service and analyze the related fac-tors through the investigation. Methods Using the method of questionnaire survey,220 patients were investigated by convenience sampling. Results The survey recovered 220 valid questionnaires,the effective rate of 93. 62%. The outpatient service efficiency, medication,medication counseling,service attitude,mental outlook and the overall quality of service in our hospital were evaluated by patients. Among them,patients were most satisfied with the medication,the lowest satisfaction with the service efficiency,but the overall satisfaction was still higher. Conclusion Patients are quite satisfied with the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital,but we still need to improve from many aspects,and constantly deepen the quality of service,so as to improve the patient's satisfaction.
