学生创新创业能力培养工程与人才培养方案对接的思考--以渤海船舶职业学院机电工程系为例

Under the background of" the public entrepreneurship, the mass innovation" , the Department of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Bohai Shipbuilding Vocational College launched a student innovation and entrepreneurship training project in December 2015. The project was positioned as the effective carrier to facilitate the implementation of the talents training program of mechanical and electrical engineering in the new era. This paper tried to make two-way docking with the students' innovative entrepreneurship training project and training program as a solution to the implementation process of teachers, venues and supplies, so that the project received the expected results.%在“大众创业，万众创新”的时代背景下，渤海船舶职业学院机电工程系于2015年12月启动了学生创新创业能力培养工程，并将该工程定位成新时期促进机电工程系人才培养方案实施的有效载体。尝试将学生创新创业能力培养工程与人才培养方案进行双向对接，作为解决实施过程中的师资、场地及耗材等问题的办法，使该工程收到预期效果。
