全回转工作船舱室中频噪声预测分析

     

摘要

用 FE-SEA 混合分析法(Hybrid FE-SEA Method)对工作船舱室的中频噪声进行预测。根据船体结构各子系统的模态密度及特征尺寸,确定其系统类型及分析的频率范围。对振动主要传递路径中的基座结构采用了 FE 模型或 SEA 模型。计算和试验结果表明,舱室噪声主要分布在100~800Hz 中频段内,统计能量法模型和 FE-SEA 混合法模型对该频段舱室噪声的预测误差分别为4.97dB 和2.29dB,这表明 FE-SEA 混合法模型更适合于船舶详细设计阶段对舱室中频噪声的精确预报。%The hybrid FE-SEA method was adopted for prediction of mid-frequency noise in cabins of a working boat. Modal density and characteristic dimension of each subsystem of the ship structure was analyzed for selection of suitable model and frequency range. Base structures, regarded as the main path transferring vibration, were modeled with FE subsystems or SEA subsystems. The results show that the cabin noise is mainly distributed in the mid-frequency of 100~800Hz, and the prediction error by using FE-SEA method and SEA method is 4.97dB and 2.29dB respectively, and FE-SEA model is more suitable for accurately predicting mid-frequency noise in ship cabins at the detailed design stage.
