基于多属性群决策的舰船维修方案组合评估方法

摘要

Different results are caused by a great diversity of ship maintenance plan evaluation methods, and these results are some reasonable. This brings great difficulty to decision-making of ship maintenance plans. Based on the problem and take the multiple results of evaluation methods as analytical objects, a dynamic determining weights method in multi-attribute group decision-making is applied to combination of the results and a combined evaluation method based on multi-attribute group decision-making is proposed. The practical case shows the result of the proposed method includes more information and contains all the virtues of multiple evaluation results. The proposed method provides effectively support for scientific decision of ship maintenance plans. Meanwhile, the model is prevalent applicable for rank evaluate.%不同的舰船维修方案评估方法得到的评估结果具有一定的差异,然而这些结果都具有一定的合理性,因此给舰船维修科学决策带来了困难.针对这一问题,以多种方法的评估结果为分析对象,应用一种多属性群决策中专家权重动态赋权法对各种评估结果进行组合,提出了基于多属性群决策的舰船维修方案组合评估方法.实例分析结果表明,所提方法得到的评估结果包含的信息量全面,综合了多种评估结果的特点,评估结果更具可信性.该方法简便实用,为舰船维修方案的科学决策提供了有力的支持,同时该方法对于排序性评估也具有普遍适用性.
