Disclosed are a system for maintenance support based on a condition of naval vessel equipment and a method thereof. The method for maintenance support based on a condition comprises the following steps of: allowing a naval vessel monitoring device to receive sensor data measured from a plurality of sensors installed on naval vessel equipment and collect the same; allowing the naval vessel monitoring device to transmit sensor data of a normal condition of the naval vessel equipment among the collected sensor data to a ground maintenance support device; allowing the ground maintenance support device to repeatedly learn the sensor data of the normal condition and generate a learning model based on learning to transmit the generated learning model to the naval vessel monitoring device; allowing the naval vessel monitoring device to calculate prediction data of a normal condition of the naval vessel equipment by using the generated learning model; allowing the naval vessel monitoring device to compare the calculated prediction data with the sensor data measured in real time to monitor a condition of the naval vessel equipment; allowing the naval vessel monitoring device to analyze a cause of failure by using a diagnosis database storing a cause of failure and corrective measure for each abnormal phenomenon condition to perform failure diagnosis when detecting an abnormal phenomenon according to the monitoring; and allowing the naval vessel monitoring device to output a calculated diagnosis result when a diagnosis result according to the performed failure diagnosis is calculated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
