基于扩展广义随机Petri网的舰炮维修过程模型

         

摘要

During the shipborne gun's development stage,it is a feasible method to estimate the shipborne gun's corrective maintenance time by simulation.To make the simulation model well accord with the corrective maintenance process of the shipborne gun,in this paper,the model of generalized stochastic Petri nets is extended and its timed transitions can be associated with arbitrary distribution,and timed transition based maintenance activities and their logic associations are described;with the fully consideration of the fault localization time's influence on shipborne gun's corrective maintenance time,the optimum path to locate a fault and the maintenance time calculation model based on the Monte Carlo method are formulated; last,aiming at the analysis and obviation of shipborne gun's emission system failure to fire by site repair,the maintenance process model based on extended generalized stochastic Petri nets is established,the maintenance time and variance are calculated by simuation and the effectiveness of the model is tested.%在舰炮研制过程中,可运用仿真的方法估算其修复性维修时间.为使仿真模型与舰炮修复性维修过程更加吻合,对广义随机Petri网进行了扩展,将其延时变迁与任意分布关联,并对基于时间变迁的维修作业及维修作业之间的关系进行描述;充分考虑故障定位时间对舰炮修复性维修时间的影响,阐述其最优寻找路径以及基于蒙特卡罗方法的维修时间计算模型.最后,以舰员级维修条件下对舰炮发射系统不击发故障的分析与排除为例,建立基于扩展广义随机Petri网的维修过程模型,仿真计算其维修时间与方差,验证了模型的有效性.
