基于CPLD的固态功率放大器的保护电路设计

介绍了一种基于CPLD的固态功率放大器的保护电路设计。该电路设计方案具有开发快、抗干扰能力强、响应速度快和可靠性高等优点。仿真和实验结果验证了此设计的合理性。%A design of protecting circuit of solid-state power amplifier based on CPLD is introduced, which is in its specialty of easy-development, anti-interference ability, fast response and good reliability. Simulation and test result verify its rationality.
