ABSTRACT:At present, the food safety governance capacity and level are difficult to adapt to the serious situation of the food safety, pressing for improving the governance capacity according to the requirements of modern governance system. This paper briefly expounds the basic concept of the big data technology and its application fields, probes into the importance of the big data technology in improving the food safety governance capacity, and puts forward some paths and measures for improving the food safety governance capacity by using the big data technology.%当前我国食品安全治理能力和水平难以适应食品安全的严峻形势，迫切需要按照现代化治理体系的要求提升治理能力。简述了大数据技术的基本概念及其应用领域，探讨了大数据技术在食品安全治理能力提升中的重要性，提出了应用大数据技术提升食品安全治理能力的途径和措施。
