目的：调查分析吸烟人群对吸烟导致的肺癌、膀胱癌、胰腺癌的知晓率。方法选取上海某区的工厂、部队、政府部门等共321名吸烟者进行问卷调查。共收回有效问卷282份。分析比较3种吸烟与恶性肿瘤认知度的得分，并依据学历（根据大专以下与大专及以上分组），对其认知得分进行比较分析。结果在吸烟人群中对于吸烟与肺癌的认知得分较高，吸烟与膀胱癌、胰腺癌的认知得分较低，存在差异。而受过高等教育的吸烟人群与未受过高等教育的吸烟人群在认知得分上无差异。结论吸烟人群在吸烟导致膀胱癌、胰腺癌等具体疾病上存在明显的认识不足。%Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness rate in smokers of lung cancer ,bladder cancer and pancreatic cancer caused by smoking .Methods A questionnaire was carried out in 321 smokers from factories ,armies and government departments in a certain district in Shanghai .Two hundred and eighty-two valid questionnaires were obtained .By comparing the vote on the awareness of smoking and malignant tumors ,based on education background (categorized as college below ,college ,and college above) ,the awareness rate was ana-lyzed .Results Awareness on smoking and lung cancer in smokers is relatively high ,while on smoking and bladder cancer ,pancreatic cancer is low .However ,smokers with higher education don′t differ from the smokers with lower education on realizing the relationship .Conclusion There is a significant lack of understanding on the cause and effect relationship between smoking and bladder cancer ,pancreatic cancer.
