目的 探讨鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效.方法 将60例慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组 ,每组各30例.试验组患者采用鼻窦球囊扩张术 ,对照组患者采用鼻内镜鼻窦开放术.术后3个月、1年后进行随访 ,评估和对比2组患者的临床疗效、安全性及患者对手术的满意度.结果 试验组患者有效率为93% ,对照组患者有效率为83% ,2组患者治疗有效率比较差异无统计学意义( P>0.05).术后3个月及术后1年与术前比较 ,2组患者的鼻腔鼻窦结局测试-20(SNOT-20)量表评分、CT 评分及Lund-Kennedy内镜黏膜形态评分均显著减少(P<0 .01);且术后3个月及术后1年试验组患者的Lund-Kennedy内镜黏膜形态评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01).2组均未发生严重的并发症.试验组患者的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0 .05).结论 鼻窦球囊扩张术治疗慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效显著 ,安全性高 ,且患者满意度高 ,值得临床推广应用.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of nasal sinus balloon dilation on the treatment of chron-ic nasal sinusitis .Methods Sixty patients with chronic nasal sinusitis were randomly divided into study group and control group ,30 cases in each group .The patients in the study group were treated with endoscopic sinus balloon dilation ,and the control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery .After 3 months and 1 year follow-up , the clinical efficacy ,safety and satisfaction of the patients in the two groups were evaluated and compared .Results The effective rate was 93% in the study group and 83% in the control group ,and there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0 .05) .After 3 months and 1 year follow-up ,the SNOT-20 score ,CT Score and Lund-Mennedy score were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment (P<0.01);and the Lund-Mennedy score in study group was significantly lower than that in control group ,after treatment(P<0.01) .No serious complications occurred in both groups .The satisfaction rate of patients in study group was sig-nificantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The clinical curative effect of nasal sinus bal-loon dilatation on the chronic nasal sinusitis is remarkable ,safe and high ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
