护理流程管理用于开放式精神病患者管理中的效果分析

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of the implemented nursing process management in the management of open psychiatric patients .Methods Two hundred and eighty patients with mental illness were di‐vided into observation group and control group .In the control group ,140 cases of patients with routine nursing measures ;In the observation group ,140 cases of patients were implemented process management model on the ba‐sis of the control group .Completing the nursing process management ,we evaluated the patient's psychological and mental health by brief psychiatric scale (BPRS) and hospitalized patients with mental symptoms by observation scale (NOSIE) for two months .Results Through two months of nursing process management ,BPRS total score and bad mental state score of patients in two groups were significantly lower than before ( P<0.05).But by com‐parison ,the decreasing level of the observation group's patients is better than that of the control group ( P <0.05) .The NOSIE score after two months of nursing process management was significantly higher than that be‐fore the implementation ,the total negative factor was obviously lower than that in the control group ( P<0.05) . Conclusion Implemented nursing process management in the management of open psychiatric patients can effec‐tively alleviate the bad mental state and psychological state of the patients ,which is helpful to the recovery of the disease ,and it is worth popularization and application on clinic.%目的：研究开放式精神病患者管理中实施护理流程管理的临床效果，为临床治疗提供理论依据。方法将我院诊治的280例精神类疾病患者，按照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组的140例患者实施常规的护理措施，观察组的140例患者在上述护理的基础上实施流程管理模式，完成护理流程管理后的2个月运用简明精神病量表（BPRS）以及精神症状住院患者评定观察量表（NOSIE）对所选患者的心理、精神健康状况进行评估。结果2组患者的BPRS总分以及不良心理状态等分值均明显低于实施前（ P ＜0．05），观察组患者下降的幅度优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。护理流程管理实施2个月患者NOSIE量表病情评分明显比实施前高，总消极因子明显比对照组低，2组差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0．05）。结论在开放式精神病患者管理中应用护理流程管理能够有效地缓解患者的不良精神、心理状态，有助于疾病的恢复，值得在临床上推广应用。
