团体心理干预对精神分裂症患者康复状况及社会功能的影响

摘要

目的 采用团体心理干预对精神分裂症患者的治疗疗效进行观察和研究,分析其数据,探讨该方法对患者康复状况及社会功能的影响,以期为治疗提供理论依据.方法 选取我院2014年10月至2016年5月精神分裂症患者260例,分成干预组130例和对照组130例,干预组接受2名精神科康复治疗师和2名心理咨询师的治疗,对照组不接受心理干预治疗,药物与辅助治疗与干预组相同.心理干预时间以4周为标准,每周进行2次,每次以10人为1组,对干预组和对照组的患者在进行治疗后的康复状况进行对比研究.结果 经过4周的团体心理干预治疗之后,患者的自尊(SES)、自我效能感(GSES)提高非常明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),而精神分裂症患者进行团体心理干预前主观社会支持的发现和利用与干预后差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗结束(出院)1个月之后,与对照组相比,患者的社会和人口统计体系(SSDS)分数差异(社会性退缩、个人生活自理、责任心和计划性)、症状自评量表(SCL)-90的分数差异、简明精神病量表(BPRS)的分数差异等方面,进行过团体心理干预的精神分裂症患者的分数明显要低很多(P＜0.05).结论 团体心理干预能够帮助恢复期或者维持期的精神分裂症患者控制症状,预防反复,帮助患者恢复社会功能,回归社会.%Objective To observation and research the therapeutic effect of group psychological intervention on schizophrenic patients,analyze the data,to discuss the effect of the method on rehabilitation and social function,and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment.Methods Two hundred and sixty patients with schizophrenia in our hospital from October 2014 to May 2016 were randomly selected and divided into experimental group (130 cases) and control group (130 cases),The experimental group received two psychiatric rehabilitation therapist and two psychotherapistgs treatment while the control group not,drugs and adjuvant therapy were the same of two groups.Psychological intervention time in four weeks as a standard,twice a week,each with a group of 10 people,a comparative study was conducted of the rehabilitation status of the patients in the experimental group and the control group after the treatment.Results After four weeks' group psychological intervention treatment,the patient's self-esteem (SES),self-efficacy (GSES) increased and the difference was statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).The schizophrenia patients' discovery and utilization of subjective social support before and after the group psychological intervention was significant differences (P＜0.05).Compared with the control group one month after the treatment (discharge from hospital),the system of social and demographic statistics of patients (SSDS)score difference (social withdrawal,and personal-care,responsibility and planning),SCL-90 score differences,brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS) score difference etc,the scores of schizophrenic patients with group psychosocial intervention were significantly lower (P＜0.05).Conclusion Group psychosocial interventions can help patients with schizophrenia in recovery or maintenance to control symptoms,prevention of repeated,help patients to restore social function and return to society.
