旧巷高温火点产生原因分析与预防措施

With the increase of coal mine service life,the number of remained old lane also continues to in-crease in the process of mining.The fire that caused by old lane coal spontaneous combustion accounts for eighty per-cent in coal mine fire,old alley fire treatment and prevention have become a key to mine safety work.Combines with the treatment process of old alley spontaneous combustion in Daxing coal mine,analyzes the characteristics and rea-sons of high temperature fire point generation and development,and according to generated factors of affecting the high temperature fire point,puts forward a series of preventive measures such as whitewashing,grouting,pouring mud, spraying stopping agent,reasonable layout and arranging mining plan,timely sealing and reasonable adjusting ventila-tion system,it effectively treat,prevent and control the happening of fire in old lane.%随着矿井服务年限的增加，采掘过程中遗留旧巷数量也不断增加，由于旧巷煤炭自燃而引起的火灾占矿井火灾的80％以上，旧巷火灾的处理与防治已经成为矿井安全工作的一个重点。本文结合大兴矿一起旧巷自然发火事件的处理过程，分析了旧巷高温火点产生发展的特点和原因，并根据影响高温火点产生因素提出喷浆、注浆、注泥、喷洒阻化剂，合理布置、安排采掘计划，及时封闭、合理调整通风系统等一系列预防措施，有效处理和防治旧巷火灾的发生。
