电气化铁路架子队施工管理

摘要

结合工程实际,对朔黄铁路扩能改造电气化工程架子队组建原则、管理模式进行了充分的说明,提出了架子队施工管理的方法,对解决架子队施工管理中的实际问题和丰富架子队施工管理经验,提高施工管理效率有一定的意义。%Combining with the engineering practice,the paper indicates the team principle and management models for the frame-type construction brigade in the capacity expansion and reconstruction electrified project along Shuozhou-Huanghua railway,points out the methods for the management in the construction of frame-type construction brigade,so as to have the significance for solving problems in the management of frame-type construction brigade and enrich the management experience for the management of frame-type construction brigade,raise construction management efficiency.
