华中科技大学学生宿舍居住满意度研究

摘要

According to the investigation of the residential satisfaction of students in different times,the paper locates the influential factors which affect the residential satisfaction,points out some suggestions for the following dometory construction,points out the quality of students influence the residential satisfaction in a large way,and the diversified development of these influential factors,so the single dometory form can not satisfy the various demands of students and more dometory spatial types are needed,so as to adhere to the diversified development of dometory construction.%通过对不同年代学生居住满意度的调查,找出影响居住满意度的因素,为以后的宿舍建设提供建议,指出学生素质对于宿舍的居住满意度影响较大,同时影响宿舍居住满意度的因素在呈多元化的发展,单一的宿舍类型很难满足不同学生的需求,需要开发更多的宿舍空间组合类型,让宿舍建设呈多元化发展。
