某道路改造工程评审过程中的一些思考及启示

摘要

This thesis explores some issues of road reconstruction project in the evaluation process including repeated visa, non-standard bid- ding, and serous super budgetary and other aspects, and proposes the design, construction, and management points of road reconstruction pro- ject in future, with a view to guide practice.%针对某道路改造工程评审过程中发现的一些问题进行了探讨，包括重复签证，招投标手续不规范，超概严重等方面内容，提出今后道路改造工程设计、施工及管理要点，以期指导实践。
