According to theoretical knowledge of asphalt mixture pavement permeability influencing factors and anti-sliding performance influen-cing factors,the article finds out critical technology points of solving their relationship,and points out that:grasping 2. 36 mm sieve pore passing rate is critical technology point of solving permeability and anti-sliding performance at mixing proportion design phase.%根据沥青混合料路面渗水性能的影响因素和抗滑性能的影响因素的理论知识，找出了解决两者关系的技术关键点，指出通过在配合比设计阶段把握2.36 mm 筛孔的通过率是解决渗水性能和抗滑性能的技术关键点。
