The causes analysis to Beijing city drainage and water logging,there are lot of oroblems in most cities,further analysis to disaster oreven-tion and control situation and existed oroblems in Qingdao city,the targeted measures and suggestions to drainage and flood control are orooosed.%通过对北京等城市排水及内涝的成因分析，了解到我国很多城市在排水和防内涝方面存在的不足，进一步分析了青岛的灾害防治情况和存在的问题，并针对青岛在排水和防洪方面存在的问题提出了有针对性的措施和建议。
