PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a real inundation map system forecasting the inundation state and inundation damage state and controlling the forced drainage by rightly recognizing and arithmetically processing a landform and precipitation data in a target area at real time. SOLUTION: This real inundation map system is provided with a precipitation analysis means detecting precipitation and flow rate results based on the precipitation material data and real-time precipitation data in the target area, a terrain analysis means detecting the ground height, etc., based on the terrain data of the target area, an input means of housing state data of the target area, and an input means of land use state of the target area. This real inundation map system is characterized in having an outflow analysis means calculating the outflow of rain from the data, an inland water analysis means detecting the inundation quantity, an inundation position, and an extent based on the analysis data of the outflow analysis means, the analysis data of the terrain analysis means, and data of the established conduit outflow, and a control means calculating discharge capacity of pumps in a sewerage network for forcedly removing the inundation of the target area and time-dependently controlling the operation of pumps and opening/closing of the gates.
