This real inundation map system is characterized in having an outflow analysis means calculating the outflow of rain from the data, an inland water analysis means detecting the inundation quantity, an inundation position, and an extent based on the analysis data of the outflow analysis means, the analysis data of the terrain analysis means, and data of the established conduit outflow, and a control means calculating discharge capacity of pumps in a sewerage network for forcedly removing the inundation of the target area and time-dependently controlling the operation of pumps and opening/closing of the gates.
