市政地下通道防水渗漏施工原因分析与预控

Through the specific analysis on the causes of municipal underground passage waterproof and leakage quality common construction fail-ures, summed up the pre-control measures of concrete cracks and coiled materials waterproof, pointed out that the underground waterproof should take comprehensive waterproof as the premise, take structure waterproof as the fundamental, coiled materials waterproof as measures, construc-tion joint, deformation joints and other structure nodes as the focus, used multi protection lines to control the waterproof leakage, ensured the normal use of underground passage.%通过对市政地下通道工程防水渗漏质量通病施工方面原因的具体分析，总结了对于混凝土裂缝和卷材防水等的预控措施，指出地下通道的防水要以全面堵水为前提，结构防水为根本，卷材防水为措施，施工缝、变形缝等构造节点为重点，采用多道防线控制防水渗漏的发生，确保地下通道的正常使用。
