多功能试验装置设计及材料常数测定

摘要

以材料力学实验中的电测实验为基础，自制了一套多功能实验装置平台，利用矩形截面梁纯弯曲特性，测定材料的弹性模量、泊松比、切变模量和梁截面的应力分布规则，通过实验数据与理论数据的对比，验证了自制多功能实验装置的实用性、可靠性。%Taking the electrical measurement of material chemical experiment as the foundation,the paper sets a set of multi-functional experi-mental device,uses pure bending features of rectangular cross-section,tests elastic modulus,Poisson’s ratio,shear modulus and beam section stress distribution rules. Through comparing experimental data to theoretical data,it proves the practicality and reliability of multi-functional experimental device.
