基于“水电预算”课程与职业岗位相融通的教学要求，论述了对该课程进行教学改革的必要性，结合该课程的教学目标，探讨了其教学模式和教学方法的改革措施，为该课程深化教学改革奠定了良好的基础。%Based on teaching requirements integrating with“water-electric budget”course,the paper discusses the necessity of the curriculum teaching reform.
