板梁钢筋笼定型模架整体成型技术研究

摘要

The paper briefly describes the design principles and functions of shaped mold. Starting from aspects of steel binding,steel framework hoisting,template installation and prefabricated board demolding,it explores integral moulding construction methods of steel shaped formwork. As a result,it guarantees steel reinforcement cage binding accuracy and improves construction efficiency as well.%简述了定型模架的设计原则及作用，从钢筋绑扎、钢筋骨架吊装、模板安装、预制板脱模等环节，探讨了钢筋定型模架整体成型施工工法，保证了钢筋笼的绑扎精度，提高了施工效率。
