长江三角洲城市群发展演变及其总体发展思路

摘要

Based on the basic research of the comprehensive plan of Shanghai, this paper positions Shanghai as the global city with the ful capacity of global resources al ocation, strong international competitiveness, influence and lead of national economic and social development. By placing Shanghai in the overal development of the Yangtze River Delta, the paper analyzes the basic features and the overal evolution, internal and external development conditions for urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta, and proposes the overal development objectives and positioning. And then it puts forward special ideas of development strategy of urban agglomerations in the Yangtze River Delta, from the aspects of globalization process, regional integration, differentiated development strategy, spatial pattern of cities, world class urban agglomerations and regional governance strategy.%基于上海市城市总体规划的基础研究，从将上海建设成为具有全球资源配置能力、较强国际竞争力和影响力的全球城市和引领全国经济社会发展的目标出发，将上海置于长三角地区的整体发展中，分析了长三角地区城市群的基本特征和总体演化规律，通过对长三角地区内外部发展条件的分析，提出长三角地区城市群的总体发展目标和定位，并从全球化进程、区域一体化、差异化发展战略、城镇空间格局、世界级城市群以及区域管治策略等方面对长三角地区城市群的发展策略提出了具体的思路。
