肾康注射液对慢性肾脏病4期患者微炎症状态的影响

摘要

目的:探讨肾康注射液对慢性肾脏病4期患者微炎症状态的影响.方法:收集2015年3月至2017年9月收治的慢性肾脏病4期患者50例,分为观察组和对照组各25例.对照组给予包醛氧淀粉胶囊(5 g/次,3 次/d )联合金水宝胶囊(0.99 g/次,3 次/d)治疗,连续15 d.观察组在对照组基础上同时静脉滴注肾康注射液40 ml/d,连续15 d.观察两组治疗前后微炎症各指标(C-反应蛋白,白细胞介素1β和白细胞介素-6)变化和Scr、BUN水平.结果:治疗后,观察组微炎症状态各指标均低于治疗前和对照组(P＜0.05);观察组Scr、BUN水平分别为(384.17±10.61) μmol/L和(10.49±3.44)mmol/L,对照组分别为(452.38±11.64)μmol/L和(13.58±3.61)mmol/L,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:肾康注射液对慢性肾脏病4期患者效果明显,可有效改善患者的微炎症状态和肾功能,具有一定的应用价值.%Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenkang injection on micro-inflammation in patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 4. Methods: Fifty patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 4 admitted from March 2015 to September 2017 were enrolled, and divided into an observation group and a control group with 25 cases each. The control group was treated with aldehyde-oxygenated starch capsules(5 g/time, 3 times/d) in combination with Jinshuibao capsules(0.99 g/time, 3 times/d) for 15 days. The observation group was intravenously infused with Shenkang injection 40 ml/d for 15 days. The changes of micro inflammation indexes(C-reactive protein, interleukin-1β and interleukin-6) and the levels of Scr and BUN were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the indexes of the micro inflammatory state in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of Scr and BUN in the observation group were (384.17±10.61) μmol/L and (10.49±3.44) mmol/L, respectively, those in the control group were (452.38±11.64) μmol/L and (13.58±3.61) mmol/L, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shenkang injection has obvious effects on patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 4, which can effectively improve the micro inflammation state and renal function of patients, and has certain application value.
