社区干预对86例COPD稳定期患者BODE指数的影响*

摘要

Objective:To analyze the effect of community intervention on COPD index in patients with BODE in stable period to explore the community comprehensive prevention and control mode for the COPD patients. Methods:Taking“Shanghai city resident health archives” in Dapuqiao community as the foundation, 158 cases of patients with COPD in the clinically stable period were divided into intervention group and control group. The intervention group implemented the comprehensive community intervention for six months, while the control group received routine community follow-up, whose changes of BODE index in two groups were compared after intervention. Results:After the intervention, MMRC, 6MWD and BODE index were improved signiifcantly in the intervention group, there was statistically different signiifcance between the two groups (t=-6.81,-2.76,-5.71, P<0.01). Conclusion:The comprehensive community intervention can alleviate fatigue and shortness of breath in patients with COPD, and improve the cardiopulmonary function and quality of life in patients with COPD.%目的：分析社区干预对稳定期COPD患者BODE指数的影响，探索COPD患者的社区综合防治模式。方法：以打浦桥街道居民健康档案为基础，将158例COPD临床稳定期患者分为干预组和对照组，干预组实施社区综合干预6个月，对照组常规社区随访，比较干预后两组BODE指数的变化。结果：干预后，干预组MMRC、6MWD和BODE指数有明显改善，干预后两组比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别=-6.81、-2.76、-5.71，P＜0.01)。结论：社区综合干预能减轻COPD患者疲劳和气短，提高COPD患者心肺功能和生活质量。
