家庭医生签约服务对改善城市贫困老人社会适应状况效果观察

摘要

Objective: To evaluate the impact of the health intervention after signing the service of the family doctor on the improvement of the social adaptation for the urban needy elderly. Methods: Using stratified sampling method, totally 200 subjects were randomly recruited in a community of Shanghai. Through the baseline survey, their health status, daily activity ability, physical energy and so on were studied. Then the personalized health intervention and management were provided according to the service agreement signed with the family doctor. After 18 months, the intervention effect was observed to understand their health and related changes of the index and the intervention measure was evaluated. Results: After the intervention, the sleeping condition, ability of daily activity, physical energy situation and the self-score of the subjects were better than those of the baseline survey. Conclusion: Signing the service of the family doctor has a certain effect to improve the social adaptation ability of the urban needy elderly.%目的：了解家庭医生制服务签约后健康干预对改善城市贫困老人社会适应状况的影响。方法：采用分层抽样方法，在上海某街道随机抽取200名研究对象。通过基线调查，了解研究对象的身体状况、日常活动能力、体力精力等。随后，根据签订的家庭医生制服务协议，提供个性化健康干预及管理。18个月后进行干预效果观察，了解研究对象健康及相关指标的变化，对干预措施进行评价。结果：干预后，研究对象睡眠状况、日常活动能力、体力状况、精力状况、自我评分好于基线调查。结论：家庭医生制签约服务对提高城市贫困老人的社会适应能力有一定的效果。
