目的:调查全科基地学员及社区医生对疼痛知识的认知现状,为促进社区医师疼痛知识再教育提供参考.方法:2013年2月对全体抽样法抽取的中山医院基地学员49名及附属4家教学社区卫生服务中心的临床医师130名进行问卷调查,内容包括患者性别、年龄、学历、职称、有无麻醉处方权、1年内是否接受过疼痛知识教育等情况及疼痛问卷量表.分析被调查者对疼痛知识的认知现状和存在问题,并对相关影响因素进行分析和探讨.结果:被调查者对镇痛知识的认知度均较低.学历、职称及1年内参与讲座等因素对于总体得分率并无影响.结论:社区医生及全科基地学员对于疼痛认知知识明显较为匮乏,尤其是在疼痛的评估及干预方面欠缺明显.疼痛知识的再教育必不可少,在进行培训时需要有针对性的进行加强.%Objective: To investigate the cognition of the pain knowledge in the GP base students and in the community doctors to provide a reference for the improvement of the further education of analgesia for the community doctors.Methods:This survey was conducted in the 49 students in the Zhongsan Hospital base and 130 clinical doctors from 4 teaching community health service centers were randomly selected in Feb. 2013 and its content included the gender, age, education, professional title, with or without the right of analgesic prescription, whether having the analgesic education within one year and the pain questionnaire scale. The cognition of the pain knowledge and existing problems of the respondents and the related inlfuential factors were analyzed and studied.Results: The cognition of the pain knowledge of all respondents was low. The education, professional title and participation of lectures in a year and other factors did not affect the overall scoring rate.Conclusion:The cognition of the pain knowledge in the community doctors and in the GP base students was signiifcantly scarce, especially in the evaluation and intervention. The re-education of the pain knowledge was essential. During the training, it needs to reinforce the targeted content.
