国产两性霉素B脂质体治疗急性白血病合并侵袭性真菌病2例报道

摘要

The clinical effectiveness of domestic liposomal amphotericin B in the treatment of two cases of acute leukemia complicated with invasive fungal disease was reported. The results showed that the two confirmed cases achieved complete response after treatment. Both hypopotassemia and the increase of serum creatinine were the main adverse reactions. In conclusion, application of domestic liposomal amphotericin B in the treatment of the acute leukemia complicated with IFD shows a good effect with the advantages of the lower cost, less adverse reaction and better tolerability.%报道国产两性霉素B脂质体（锋克松）治疗2例急性白血病合并侵袭性真菌病（IFD）的临床疗效。结果显示，2例确诊为侵袭性真菌病的患者应用锋克松治疗后疗效均为完全缓解。主要不良反应为低血钾和血肌酐升高。提示国产两性霉素B脂质体治疗白血病合并的IFD疗效好，费用相对较低，不良反应少，患者耐受性良好。
