目的:分析健康促进干预对高新技术企业职业人群的影响,为更好地开展健康促进干预提供依据。方法:抽取2013—2015年漕河泾新兴技术开发区1家高新技术研究所400名员工,进行一系列健康促进干预活动。采用问卷调查表评估参与者干预前后各项健康指标的变化。结果:干预后员工心理健康评分[(14.13±5.80)分]较干预前[(13.15±5.93)]上升,部分工作相关影响因素和健康行为也有所改善(P<0.05)。结论:健康促进干预效果显著,在对于高新技术企业员工实施常规干预措施的同时须注重心理健康促进。%Objective: To investigate the effect of health promotion intervention on the employees in a high and new technology enterprise in order to provide the basis for better carrying out health promotion intervention.Methods: Four handred employees of a high and new technology research institute in Shanghai Caohejing Development Zone were collected from 2013 to 2015, and underwent a series of health promotion intervention. The questionnaire was used to assess the changes of health indicators before and after intervention.Results:The employees’ mental health score was increased from13.15±5.93(befor intervention)to 14.13±5.80(after intervention). The scores of some work related factors and health behavior were also improved signiifcantly(P<0.05).Conclusion: The effect of health promotion intervention is remarkable. Attention must be paied to the mental health promotion in carrying out the conventional intervention for employees of new and high technology enterprises.
