The Innovation of the incentive management of the high-tech enterprises is an important problem that is urgent to be resolved. This paper starts with analyzing the features of the incentive management of the high-tech enterprises, and then making an analysis on the problems of the incentive management of the high-tech enterprises, finally, proposing the innovative countermeasures to the incentive management of the high-tech enterprises employees.
