门诊药房处方点评系统的信息化建设

         

摘要

Objective:To provide information services and technical support for the work of prescription review by establishment of an information system of prescription review.Methods:The modules for general and special review of prescription were made in the hospital information system (HIS).Results:The efifciency of prescription review was improved with the addition of system modules and the ratio of qualified prescription was increased by combination of prescription intervention.Conclusion:The construction of information system for prescription review can make the review work play a positive role in the improvement of the quality of the prescription and the monitoring of the irrational drug use. Prescription review information system has become an indispensable tool for daily medical and pharmaceutical services and is very suitable for application in hospital.%目的:建立处方点评信息系统,为开展处方点评工作提供信息服务和技术支持。方法:在医院信息系统(HIS)中制作一般点评与专项点评系统模块。结果:系统模块的加入提升了点评效率,结合处方干预使处方合格率有所上升。结论:通过处方点评信息系统的建设使点评工作起到了提高处方质量,监控不合理用药的积极作用。处方点评信息系统已成为日常医疗和药学服务工作中不可缺少的工具,非常适合在医院推广应用。
