螺栓拧紧设备机器能力指数的测试评价

摘要

This paper introduces the concept of machine capability exponent. It shows a method with evaluation of machine capability exponent for bolt tightening equipment, including the evaluation device and the evaluation process. An application example is used to analysis the evaluation result data and verify the method.%介绍了机器能力指数的概念。针对螺栓拧紧设备，提出一种机器能力指数的测试评价方法，包括测试评价装置和新设备及在用设备的测试评价过程，并通过应用实例对测试结果进行数据和图形分析验证。
