TR组件测试系统功率参数校准技术

摘要

研究工作状态下TR组件测试系统功率参数的校准方法，介绍了在脉冲峰值功率条件下功率参数测量标准的仪器组成，分析其功率参数校准的定标方法，并给出相应实验数据。%The thesis introduces power test method of T/R module test system, describes the selection of equipments and the establishment standards of pulse peak power. Detailed description and some experimental data are also presented. This thesis develops the calibration method of high pulse peak power. It can improve the accuracy of T/R module test system calibration.
