利用X射线荧光能谱仪快速鉴别充填处理和优化处理宝石的方法

Taking iflling ruby, synthesis and optimization treated turquoise as research objects, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is used to analyze and compare iflling, synthesis and optimization treated gems with natural gems by spectrum identification characteristics. A rapid and accurate identification method of these three kinds of artificial treated gems is proposed through understanding their elemental composition.%以充填处理红宝石、合成及优化处理的绿松石为研究对象，利用X射线能谱仪分析、对比充填、合成、优化处理宝石与天然宝石的能谱谱图特征，提出一种通过了解其元素组成对三种经人工处理宝石进行快速、准确鉴别的方法。
