IS项目经理过度自信、高层支持与创新的实证研究

     

摘要

As key person of project management,the project manager's overconfidence has a big impact on the implementation of information system project.In this paper,a new theoretical model is constructed to analyze the relationship between IS project manager's overconfidence,top management support and innovation.On this basis,a survey is conducted through questionnaire and the model fitting is done by analyzing the data.The result shows that:better-than-average and self-attribution bias of IS project manager positively affect top management support,which also positively affect innovation with the mediation of top management support,but they do not have direct significant impact on innovation.Illusion of control not only affects innovation positively and directly but also positively affect innovation with the mediation of top management support.%项目经理作为项目管理的关键人员,其过度自信对信息系统项目的实施有着重要影响.构建了IS项目经理过度自信、高层支持与创新之间关系的理论模型,并结合实际调查数据进行了数据分析和模型拟合.研究结果表明:IS项目经理的优于常人的心理与自我归因偏差显著正向影响高层支持,并通过高层支持间接正向影响创新,但对创新没有直接影响;而IS项目经理的控制幻觉不仅显著正向影响创新,还会通过高层支持间接正向影响创新.
