Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture plus pricking bloodletting in treating diabetes-associated herpes zoster. Methods One hundred diabetes patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 50 cases each. Both groups took oral hypoglycemics and acyclovir. In addition, the treatment group received abdominal acupuncture plus pricking bloodletting and control group, electroacupuncture plus local surround needling. The time for blister disappearance, the time for pain relief and the time for scabbing were observed in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total efficacy rate was 92.0%in the treatment group and 86.0%in the control group;there were statistically significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the time for blister disappearance, the time for pain relief and the time for scabbing between the two groups (P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion Abdominal acupuncture plus pricking bloodletting is an effective way to treat diabetes-associated herpes zoster.%目的：观察腹针配合刺络放血治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将100例糖尿病合并带状疱疹患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。两组均采用口服降糖药及阿昔洛韦治疗,治疗组采用腹针配合刺络放血治疗,对照组采用电针配合局部围刺进行治疗。观察两组治疗前后止疱时间、止痛时间及结痂时间,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.0%,对照组为86.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。两组止疱时间、止痛时间、结痂时间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P＜0.01,P＜0.05)。结论腹针配合刺络放血是一种治疗糖尿病合并带状疱疹的有效方法。
