目的 观察非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者根治性手术治疗前后外周血中辅助性T淋巴细胞(Th)1、Th2、Th17细胞水平的变化.方法 用流式细胞仪检测27例NSCLC患者术前3 d及术后14 d外周血中的Th1、Th2、Th17细胞.结果 肺癌患者手术治疗前外周血中Th1为24.47%±10.34%、Th2为22.16%±9.98%、Th17为1.68%±1.10%,手术后分别为27.91%±7.06%、12.39%±7.84%、1.12%±0.46%;手术后Th2和Th17细胞水平与术前相比,P均＜0.05.结论 NSCLC患者根治性手术治疗后外周血中Th1细胞水平升高,Th2、Th17细胞水平降低.%Objective To explore the change of Thl and Th2 and Thl7 in peripheral blood of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) pre- and postoperative. Method The Thl and Th2 and Thl7 in peripheral blood were examined in 27 patients with NSCLC on 3 days before operation and the 14th day after operation by FCM. Results The Th2 and Thl7 in postoperative were significantly lower than that in preoperative(22. 16％ ± 9.98％ vs 12.39％ ± 7.84％,P ＜0.01; 1.68％ ± 1.10％ vs 1.12％ ±0.46％, P ＜0.05). The Thl in postoperative were higher than that in preoperative,but there were no statistical significance (24.47％ ±10.34％ vs 27.91％ ±7.06％, P＞0.05). Conclusion After radical surgery treatment, the level of Thl cells in peripheral blood of patients with NSCLC is increased and the levels of Th2 and Thl7 cells are decreased.
