哈萨克族食管鳞癌组织中CyclinD1、survivin的表达

摘要

目的 研究CychnD1和survivin基因在哈萨克族食管鳞状上皮细胞癌组织中的表达.方法 采用RT-PCR技术检测CychnD1和survivin基因在30例哈萨克族食管癌组织及30例非癌组织中的表达.结果 食管癌组织、非典型增生组织、正常组织中CyclinD1阳性表达率分别为63.33%、70.00%、15.00%,正常组织低于非典型增生组织及食管癌组织(P<0.05);survivin阳性表达率分别为93.33%、60.00%、15.00%,三者比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05).CyclinD1、survivin mRNA表达与食管鳞状上皮细胞癌病理分化程度无相关关系,两者在食管鳞状细胞癌组织中表达无相关关系.结论 在哈萨克族食管鳞状细胞癌形成过程中,CyclinD1、survivin过表达是两个相对独立的分子事件;检测survivin可能更有助于新疆食管癌高发地区进行早期食管癌筛查.%Objective To study the expression of CyclinD1 and survivin genes in Hazak's esophageal cancer.Methods The expression of CyclinD1 and survivin genes were detected in 30 cases of esophageal cancer tissues and non-esophageal cancer tissues by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction.Results The positive rates of CyclinD1 gene expression in tissues of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, dysplasia and normal esophageal epithelium were 63.33％ ,70.00％ , 15.00％ , those in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, dysplasia were different from that in normal esophageal epithelium (P ＜0.05) .The positive rates of survivin gene expression were 93.33％ , 60.00％ , 15.00％ , each of three groups had statistical significance ( P ＜ 0.05 ) .The expression of CyclinD1 and survivin were not related to the degree of tumor' s differentiation.There was no correlation between the expression of CyclinD1 and survivin.Conclusions In the course of Hazak's esophageal cancer, the over expression of CyclinD1 and survivin genes are independent molecular events.Detecting survivin may be useful to screen early esophageal cancer in Xinjiang high-risk areas.
