耐药基因CDR1、CDR2、ERG11、CaMDR1和FLU1在假丝酵母菌株中的分布情况

         

摘要

Objective To explore the drug susceptibility of candida strains and the distributions of drug resistance genes CDR1,CDR2,ERG11,CaMDR1 and FLU1 in recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis (RVVC).Methods Fifty-eight strains of candida from patients with RVVC were identified by CHROM agar and VITE.K-2 automatic bacterial identification system.The drug resistance was detected by disk diffusion method,and the genes CDR1,CDR2,ERG11,CaMDR1 and FLU1 were detected by PCR method.Results In 58 strains of candida,the main species of yeast was still Candida albicans,and the drug resistance rates of 5-Fu,AMB,FCZ,ITR and MIZ were 10.3%,3.4%,5.2%,8.6% and 17.2% respectively.The positive rates of CDR1,CDR2,ERG11,CaMDR1 and FLU1 were 62.1%,60.3%,56.9%,62.1% and 0 respectively.Conclusions The sensibility of candida to commonly used antifungal drugs shows a descending trend.The drug resistance genes CDR1,CDR2,ERG11 and CaMDR1 are all detected in most of the candida strains.%目的 了解复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(RVVC)假丝酵母菌属的药敏及其基因组CDR1、CDR2、ERG11、CaMDR1和FLU1分布状况.方法 收集RVVC患者的假丝酵母菌58株,采用科玛嘉念珠菌显色培养基和Vitek-2全自动微生物鉴定仪作菌种鉴定,纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,PCR方法检测菌株的CDR1、CDR2、ERG11、CaMDR1和FLU1基因.结果 58株假丝酵母菌中,以白假丝酵母菌为主,5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、氟康唑、伊曲康唑和咪康唑的耐药率分别为10.3%、3.4%、5.2%、8.6%和17.2%;耐药基因组CDR1、CDR2、ERG11、CaMDR1和FLU1的阳性率分别为62.1%、60.3%、56.9%、62.1%和0.结论 假丝酵母菌对常用抗真菌药物的敏感性呈下降趋势,耐药基因CDR1、CDR2、ERG11和CaMDR1可能同时存在于大部分假丝酵母菌株内.
