Objective To study the distribution and expression of HMGB1 in human malignant tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues. Methods Samples of malignant tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected from 48 patients with multi-system for construction of tissue microarray. The expression of HMGB1 was detected by immunohisto-chemistry. Results HMGB1 was detected in 89.6% of malignant tumor tissues, while it was detected in 77.1 % of adjacent normal tissues. Stronge positive was detected 54.1% in malignant tumor tissues, while it was detected 6.5% in adjacent normal tissues. HMGB1 expression had significant difference between malignant tumor tissues and adjacent normal tissues (P<0.01). Conclusion HMGB1 overexpression in malignant neoplasms could be a novel, effective and supplementary biomarker for tumors.%目的 检测高迁移率蛋白B1(HMGB1)在人体常见恶性肿瘤组织、癌旁组织中的分布和表达,并探讨其意义.方法 48例癌组织和48例癌旁组织组成96点的组织芯片,应用免疫组织化学方法检测HMGB1在癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达情况.结果 HMGB1在恶性肿瘤组织中阳性率为89.6%、正常组织阳性率为77.1%、癌组织强阳性率为54.1%、癌旁正常组织强阳性率为6.5%,恶性肿瘤组织与癌旁正常组织中HMGB1表达差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 HMGB1在多种恶性肿瘤组织中呈强阳性表达,其可能是鉴别正常组织与癌组织潜在的生物学标志物.
