Objective To investigate the influence of suitable fluid esuscitation on T lymphocyte subsets in severely burned patients. Methods The blood T lymphocyte subsets and the plasma levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in 38 severely burned patients (observe group) were detected with flow cytometry and ELISA method at 8 h, lth day, 2th day, 4th day, 7th day after burned. The parameters were compared with each other and the health control group. Results Compared with health control group, the ratio of T lymphocyte subsets had little change, while the IFN-γ and IL-4 levels were changed obviously ( P <0.05 or <0.01). Conclusions The suitable fluid esuscitation play an important role in relieving immunity function disorder after severely burned.%目的 探讨良好液体复苏对严重烧伤患者T淋巴细胞亚群的影响.方法 采用流式细胞仪及ELISA法测定38例复苏情况良好的特重度烧伤患者(观察组)伤后8h,第1、2、4、7天外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群、IL-4和IFN-γ的水平,并与健康对照组检测结果比较.结果 与健康对照组比较,观察组T淋巴细胞亚群比例变化不大,但IFN-γ和IL-4有统计学差异(P＜0.05或＜0.01).结论 良好的液体复苏对调节严重烧伤患者出现的免疫功能紊乱有重要意义.
