DEH系统阀切换时负荷波动原因分析与对策

         

摘要

Dynamic control performance among DEH system servocontrol loop, power loop and valve switching was experimentalized for the Guodian Heze power plant No.6 unit valve switching load fluctuations, and the load fluctuations in the single and multiple valve switching were caused that parameters setting of valve management characteristic curve at the DEH adjusting system was not suitable for the product practice, and the valve opening degree was not also match up to the steam flux through the valve. The valve flux function was modified and the load fluctuations were much improved.%针对国电菏泽发电厂6号机组阀切换负荷波动问题,对DEH系统伺服控制回路、功率回路及阀切换过程中动态控制品质进行试验,结果表明造成单、顺序阀切换过程中负荷波动原因为DEH调节系统中阀门管理特性曲线参数设置与现场实际不对应,阀门开度与通过阀门的蒸汽流量不对应。通过对阀门流量函数进行修正,负荷波动问题明显改善。
