研究了以N,N,N-三羟基异腈尿酸(THICA)和Cu(AcAe)2为催化剂,分子氧氧化β-紫罗兰酮,一步反应制备4-氧代-β-紫罗兰酮的工艺;在反应温度为45℃。投料比为n(β-紫罗兰酮):n(THICA):n[Cu(AcAe)2]=100:10:1,反应5h就能完成,收率为78.2%;并对氧化机理进行了研究。%4- Oxo- β -ionone was synthesized using β -ionone as raw material via oxygenation with moleculeoxygencatalyzedby 1 , 3,5 - trihydroxy - 1 , 3,5 - triazinane - 2,4,6 - trione ( THICA ) and Cu ( AcAc ) 2 . This reaction could be completed at 4 5 ℃ with the molar ratio of β- ionone : THICA : Cu (AcAc)2 as 100: 10:1 in 5h to present the yield of 78.2%. And the study of the oxygenation mechanism had been also carried out.
