The detection and analysis of lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury in edible fungus in 2017 were carried out by national standard. 65 batches of the 71 batches of edible fungus were eligible, with a rate of 91. 55 percent. The acceptance rates for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury were 100 %, 95. 74 %, 97. 18 % and 97. 18 % respectively. High levels of arsenic, cadmium and mercury in some edible fungus affect the health of consumers, select good varieties, improve production environment, reform cultivation technology to reduce heavy metal content of edible fungus.%采用国家标准对贵州省2017年食用菌中的铅、砷、镉及汞进行检测和分析.71批次食用菌中65批次合格,合格率为91. 55%.铅、砷、镉及汞的合格率分别为100%、95. 74%、97. 18%及97. 18%.部分食用菌中砷、镉及汞含量过高对消费者健康造成影响,选择优良品种,改善生产环境,改革栽培技术以降低食用菌的重金属含量.
